The Honor 8 Pro is Honor’s latest device in Malaysia and it’s set to
launch sometime this month. Pre-orders for the device have now begun,
and they’ve been priced the device at RM1,999. It’s been priced fairly
competitively in Malaysia considering the specs, though competition is
tight.
First launched in China in April, the Honor 8 Pro features a large
5.7in QHD display (1,440 x 2,560 pixels), with a HiSilicon Kirin 960
octa-core processor, 6GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage and a 4,000mAh
battery. It also has the Vulkan API and more for gaming and a pair of
12MP cameras on the rear.
As I’ve said earlier, the Honor 8 Pro will retail in Malaysia for
RM1,999. It’s not entirely a bad price, but the device faces competition
from even the Huawei P10 and Meizu Pro 6 Plus. If you’re interested in
getting one, you can pre-order the thing here in either blue or black.
